By registering and using the HealthUniverse app (the "Service") you accept these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
The Service helps you keep a food diary, calculate calories and macros, store and share recipes, follow and create workout programs, and track health metrics such as weight, sleep, water, fasting and meditation.
The Service is informational and is NOT a medical service or advice. Calorie and macro figures are approximate. Consult a doctor before changing your diet, training or routine. You use the Service at your own risk.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity in your account. Provide accurate data and report any unauthorized access.
Recipes and programs you create are your content; you are responsible for their legality and accuracy. By sharing content with another user you grant us the right to store and display it to the recipient as part of the Service. Illegal, offensive, misleading or health-harmful content is prohibited.
Pro is an auto-renewable subscription billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app.
Report content or behavior that violates these Terms to [email protected]. We may remove content and block violators without prior notice.
The HealthUniverse name, logo, design and code belong to the rights holder and are protected by law. Copying, decompiling or using them without permission is prohibited.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted operation or accuracy of calculations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or health harm related to use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service anytime by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated version.
